Rates are based on double occupancy, subject to change without notice. There is an added charge for more than 2 guests per suite. All rates include a bountiful breakfast and are subject to state and local taxes.  Guests are welcome to enjoy the Inn's complimentary video library.  We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.

Our cancellation policy:  We will gladly refund your full deposit if your cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to your arrival.  If your cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be held unless we are able to resell your room.  Deposits for specialty and holiday weekends (Notre Dame football weekends, all major and U.S. bank holidays) are non-refundable.
